Seasonal Challenge Terms

These Seasonal Challenge Terms ("Challenge Terms") govern participation in the LeagueIQ Survivor Pool and the Positional Points Pool (each a "Challenge"). They supplement the Terms of Service, Contest Rules and Acceptable Use Policy. Where a conflict exists for a Challenge, these Challenge Terms control.

1. Eligibility

Challenges are open to LeagueIQ account holders with an active Season Pass who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and reside where participation is lawful. One entry per person per Challenge. Duplicate, shared or automated accounts are prohibited and may be disqualified without refund. LeagueIQ employees, contractors and their immediate households may participate but are not eligible for prizes.

2. No purchase of entry; skill-based

Challenge entry is included with the Season Pass; there is no separate entry fee, wager or stake. Outcomes are determined by skill in selecting NFL teams and players. Nothing in a Challenge constitutes gambling, betting or a game of chance.

3. Survivor Pool rules

• Select exactly one NFL team each week to win its game that week.
• A team may be used only once per season by a given entrant.
• A win advances the entrant. A loss or a tie eliminates the entrant. Failure to submit a pick before the weekly lock is scored as a loss and eliminates the entrant.
• If a game is postponed, cancelled or not completed for the scheduled week, the pick is scored as a loss unless the administrator, in its reasonable discretion, voids the week.
• Elimination is final unless reinstated by an administrator under Section 8.

4. Positional Points Pool rules

• Select exactly four players each week: one QB, one RB, one WR and one TE.
• A player may be used only once per season by a given entrant.
• Weekly score equals the sum of the four players' Full PPR fantasy points (passing yards /25, passing TD 4, interception -2, rushing and receiving yards /10, TD 6, reception 1, fumble lost -2).
• Scoring is cumulative across the season; there is no elimination. Missing, incomplete or unsubmitted selections score zero for that slot or week.
• Players who do not appear in a game, are inactive, or have no recorded statistics score zero. Substitutions after lock are not permitted.

5. Deadlines and locks

Each week has a published lock time. Picks may be added or changed at any time before the lock and cannot be changed after it. Entrants are responsible for confirming that a pick is recorded before the lock; device, network or third-party provider issues do not extend a deadline.

6. Scoring data and settlement

Results are derived from third-party NFL game and statistics providers used by LeagueIQ. LeagueIQ is not the official scoring authority for the NFL. Statistical corrections received after settlement may, at the administrator's discretion, be applied retroactively. Standings become final when the administrator marks the Challenge complete.

7. Prizes

Prizes are to be determined (TBD). If a prize is offered for a Challenge, the prize description, value, quantity, award date and any additional requirements will be published on the Challenge page before the Challenge opens for entry. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• No prize is promised or guaranteed for any Challenge.
• Prizes, if any, are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Winners may be required to verify identity and eligibility and to complete tax documentation before payment or delivery; unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
• Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and for reporting the value of any prize received.

8. Ties, voids, corrections and administration

For the Survivor Pool, remaining entrants who survive the final scored week share the top placement unless a published tiebreaker applies. For the Positional Points Pool, ties are broken by highest single-week score, then by earliest submitted final pick. Administrators may void a pick, reinstate an entrant, re-score a week or void a Challenge where a data error, technical fault, provider outage or rule violation materially affects fairness.

9. Conduct and disqualification

Collusion, entry sharing, multi-accounting, scripted submissions, exploiting bugs and attempts to interfere with scoring are prohibited. LeagueIQ may disqualify an entrant, remove standings credit and revoke prize eligibility for violations of these Challenge Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Suspension, modification and cancellation

LeagueIQ may modify, suspend or cancel a Challenge, adjust weekly schedules, or amend these Challenge Terms where required for fairness, legal compliance or technical reasons. Material changes will be posted on the Challenge page. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Challenges are provided "as is" and for entertainment purposes. See the Fantasy Disclaimer and the limitation of liability and dispute-resolution provisions in the Terms of Service, which apply to all Challenge participation.

12. Privacy

Entry names, handles, picks and standings may be displayed publicly within LeagueIQ. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Contact

Questions about a Challenge, a scoring dispute or an eligibility issue can be raised through Contact. Scoring disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the affected week being settled.
