LeagueIQ provides fantasy-football organization, research, and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. Content includes projections, rankings, summaries, confidence indicators, waiver suggestions, trade analysis, matchup outlooks, draft grades, and other opinions or estimates.
No content is a promise or guarantee of performance.
2. Uncertain Sports Outcomes
Football performance depends on injuries, coaching decisions, playing time, weather, game flow, officiating, team strategy, transactions, suspensions, and other unpredictable events. Historical performance does not guarantee future results.
A high-confidence recommendation can be wrong. A low-ranked player can outperform a recommendation. Users should make independent decisions.
3. Data and Timing Limitations
News, rosters, depth charts, inactives, injury designations, transactions, and fantasy-platform availability can change rapidly. LeagueIQ may receive delayed, incomplete, or incorrect data. A push notification or Aaron answer should not be your only source for lineup, waiver, draft, or trade deadlines.
4. League-Specific Rules
Recommendations may not account for every custom scoring rule, keeper rule, roster limit, waiver setting, trade deadline, constitution, or commissioner interpretation. You are responsible for confirming your league's rules.
5. No Gambling Service
LeagueIQ does not accept wagers, operate paid-entry contests, set odds, hold betting funds, or provide sportsbook services. LeagueIQ content is not gambling advice and should not be treated as a guaranteed pick or basis for unlawful wagering.
Laws and platform rules concerning fantasy sports, contests, and gambling vary by location. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and age requirements.
6. No League-Dues or Prize-Pool Responsibility
LeagueIQ does not collect, hold, escrow, insure, distribute, or guarantee league dues or prizes. Commissioners and league members are solely responsible for money exchanged through Venmo, PayPal, cash, bank transfer, or any other method.
LeagueIQ does not decide payout eligibility, enforce side bets, collect debts, or resolve disputes over entry fees, commissioner conduct, or prize distribution.
7. No Professional Advice
LeagueIQ does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, fiduciary, or investment advice. Public injury information is not a medical diagnosis. Users should consult appropriate professionals for professional advice.
8. Third-Party Independence
LeagueIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NFLPA, individual teams or players, Yahoo, ESPN, Sleeper, CBS, Meta, Instagram, or other referenced organizations unless expressly stated.
