A note on scope

LeagueIQ is not a fantasy platform and does not replace one. We do not host drafts, set lineups, or process trades on your behalf. We read the data your provider makes available and layer analytics, commissioner tools, and treasury on top. LeagueIQ is not affiliated with Yahoo or any professional sports league. Yahoo Fantasy and the Yahoo logo are trademarks of their respective owners.

How to connect your Yahoo Fantasy league

Five minutes end-to-end. Other providers can be added as Manual Leagues today.

Yahoo requires you to authorize LeagueIQ once via Yahoo OAuth. After that, we can discover every league on your Yahoo account.

Sign in to LeagueIQ
Sign in at /auth using the email you'd like tied to this league.

Connect your Yahoo account
Open Settings → Connections and click Connect Yahoo. You'll be sent to Yahoo to sign in and approve read access to your fantasy data.

Approve the requested scopes
Yahoo will ask you to grant Fantasy Sports — Read. Approve it. You'll be redirected back to LeagueIQ automatically.

Pick the league(s) to import
After returning, go to Leagues → New League → Yahoo Fantasy. You'll see a list of every league on your Yahoo account. Check the ones you want and click Import selected.

First sync runs automatically
LeagueIQ imports league settings, teams, managers, rosters, matchups, standings, and available transactions. Ongoing sync runs a few times a day during the season.

Invite co-managers & enable treasury
From League → Members, invite the rest of your league and configure dues, payouts, events, and polls.

Token expiry: Yahoo access tokens expire hourly. LeagueIQ refreshes them for you automatically. If you ever see "Yahoo reconnect needed," just click the button in Settings → Connections.

Read-only: LeagueIQ has no ability to set lineups, propose trades, or change settings on Yahoo. We only read.
