Document Overview
You must use LeagueIQ lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm users, systems, rights holders, or third parties.
1. Illegal or Harmful Conduct
You may not use the Service to commit, facilitate, promote, or conceal unlawful conduct; violate sanctions or export laws; threaten safety; stalk; harass; discriminate; or encourage violence.
2. Security and System Abuse
You may not:
- probe, scan, or test systems without written authorization;
- bypass authentication, rate limits, league limits, payment controls, or access restrictions;
- introduce malware or malicious code;
- interfere with availability or another user's access;
- use automated requests at a volume that burdens the Service;
- access accounts, tokens, leagues, or data without authorization; or
- exploit or publicly disclose a vulnerability before giving LeagueIQ a reasonable opportunity to address it.
Good-faith security research must follow the Security & Trust Center's vulnerability-disclosure rules.
3. Scraping and Competitive Use
You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, mirror, resell, or systematically extract LeagueIQ content, Aaron outputs, source compilations, proprietary rankings, or user data to create a competing dataset, model, product, or service without written permission.
Ordinary personal use, browser indexing authorized by us, and lawful interoperability that cannot be restricted are not prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property and Rights
Do not upload or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Do not remove rights-management information or present third-party content as your own.
5. Deception and Impersonation
You may not impersonate another person, player, journalist, league member, commissioner, team, platform, or LeagueIQ representative. Do not fabricate injury reports, quotes, transactions, endorsements, source citations, or official announcements.
6. Harassment and Community Abuse
Do not use league invitations, messages, polls, events, profiles, or other features to bully, threaten, shame, dox, spam, or target another person. Do not share private contact information or private communications without authorization.
7. Gambling and Financial Misuse
You may not use LeagueIQ to operate unlawful gambling, accept bets, launder funds, evade wagering restrictions, collect unauthorized payments, or falsely claim LeagueIQ insures or guarantees league dues or prizes.
Commissioners may independently coordinate lawful league logistics, but LeagueIQ does not process league funds.
8. Personal Information
Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for fantasy-football features. Do not use LeagueIQ to build profiles of users without authorization, identify anonymous individuals, or make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or healthcare.
9. AI Misuse
Do not use Aaron to generate deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or rights-infringing content; fake endorsements; impersonation; spam; or guaranteed betting claims. Do not attempt to extract system prompts, secrets, credentials, or restricted information.
10. Minors
Do not invite or collect information from children under 13. Users under the age of majority must have guardian permission as described in the Terms.
11. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit functionality, revoke tokens, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated. Enforcement may consider severity, intent, history, risk, and available remediation.
12. Reporting
Report abuse or suspected violations to support@leagueiq.ai. Security issues should be reported to security@leagueiq.ai.
