AI & Aaron Policy

Aaron is an AI-assisted information and analysis feature for fantasy football. It may combine:

• retrieved NFL and team news;
• practice and injury reports;
• coach interviews and press conferences;
• beat-reporter and media coverage;
• public social-media signals, including the feature known as "From The Gram";
• historical statistics and trends;
• fantasy-platform and league information you authorize;
• your roster, league settings, preferences, and prior interactions; and
• algorithmic ranking, summarization, comparison, and generation.

Aaron is not a human analyst, team employee, doctor, attorney, financial adviser, fiduciary, or gambling adviser.

Depending on the request, Aaron may:

1. identify the player, team, league, or decision in your question;
2. retrieve recent and relevant information from available sources;
3. compare that information with roster needs, scoring settings, historical trends, and other context;
4. estimate relevance, confidence, risk, or expected fantasy impact;
5. generate a natural-language summary; and
6. provide source links or labels where available.

Not every answer uses every source. A source may be unavailable, delayed, paywalled, incorrect, or later updated.

A confidence score, grade, ranking, or risk label is an estimate of how strongly the available information supports a conclusion. It is not a probability that a result will occur, a warranty of accuracy, or a guarantee of fantasy performance.

Confidence may reflect source consistency, recency, data completeness, league context, model agreement, and uncertainty. Two questions about the same player may receive different answers because news, roster context, scoring, or available evidence changed.

Aaron may:

• misunderstand a question or roster screenshot;
• confuse players with similar names;
• rely on outdated or incomplete reports;
• fail to detect sarcasm, rumors, deleted posts, or source conflicts;
• omit a relevant source;
• state an inference too confidently;
• generate an explanation that sounds plausible but is wrong;
• produce inconsistent answers; or
• fail to reflect last-minute inactive, injury, weather, depth-chart, suspension, or transaction news.

You should verify important decisions through official team, league, NFL, and fantasy-platform sources.

Aaron does not guarantee that a recommended player will score points, remain healthy, start, receive a target share, be available on waivers, complete a trade, or improve your standing. Football outcomes are uncertain and affected by events no model can reliably predict.

LeagueIQ marketing and in-product language should avoid presenting Aaron outputs as a "guarantee," "lock," certain outcome, or risk-free decision.

Injury information is a summary of public reporting and is not medical advice. Aaron cannot diagnose a player, access confidential medical records, or know a player's actual recovery status. Terms such as "injury risk," "likely to play," or "return timeline" are estimates based on available reports.

Aaron is not designed to recommend wagers, betting lines, parlays, sportsbooks, or financial transactions. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or fiduciary advice. Users may not market Aaron outputs as guaranteed betting picks or use the Service to operate unlawful gambling.

When you provide or connect roster and league information, Aaron may tailor answers to:

• roster composition and positional need;
• scoring format;
• league size and lineup rules;
• waiver or roster availability;
• commissioner settings;
• prior questions and saved preferences; and
• timing within the fantasy season.

Personalization can improve relevance but can also propagate incorrect imported or OCR-extracted data. Review your roster and settings regularly.

Where practical, LeagueIQ may display source categories, links, timestamps, summaries, or an explanation of why Aaron reached a conclusion. Source references are provided for context and do not imply endorsement.

Public posts and media reports remain owned by their creators. Summaries may not capture full context. Users should open the original source where available.

LeagueIQ may test, monitor, or review samples of AI interactions to improve quality, enforce policies, investigate abuse, or support users. Automated safeguards may restrict certain prompts or outputs.

The final decision remains yours. You are responsible for reviewing league rules, official reports, and your own preferences before acting.

Aaron may process prompts, outputs, roster context, uploads, and source material as described in the Privacy Policy. Private league and roster data is not used to train a general-purpose model for unrelated customers without affirmative permission. De-identified or aggregated interaction data may be used to evaluate and improve LeagueIQ-specific systems.

Do not submit highly sensitive personal information to Aaron.

You may report an inaccurate answer, incorrect player mapping, harmful output, or source concern through available feedback tools or by emailing support@leagueiq.ai. We may correct structured data, adjust retrieval, suppress a source, or update safeguards, but we cannot guarantee that every output will be corrected or permanently prevented.

You may not use Aaron to:

• create or facilitate illegal gambling;
• impersonate players, journalists, league members, or LeagueIQ personnel;
• generate harassment, threats, discrimination, or targeted abuse;
• create deceptive fake reports, quotes, injury news, or endorsements;
• evade security or usage limits;
• scrape or systematically reproduce LeagueIQ outputs for a competing service;
• process personal information without authorization; or
• make legally significant decisions about individuals.

Models, prompts, retrieval sources, scoring methods, and safeguards may change over time. An answer generated at one time may differ from an answer generated later. LeagueIQ may label model or feature versions when useful but is not required to preserve every prior model.
