Document Overview
LeagueIQ respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. Use the sections below to submit a DMCA notice, counter-notification, or related rights complaint.
1. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") to our designated agent. A valid notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, including a URL or account/league reference;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

A DMCA designation should also be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office if LeagueIQ seeks the applicable online-service-provider safe harbor.
3. Counter-Notification
If material you submitted was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and its former location;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court and agreeing to accept service from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
We may restore material after receiving a valid counter-notification as permitted by law unless the original claimant informs us that a court action has been filed.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also restrict uploads or remove content where infringement is credible even if a notice does not satisfy every technical requirement.
5. Misrepresentations
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may result in liability. Consider consulting an attorney before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
6. Trademark and Other Rights
Trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights complaints may be sent to legal@leagueiq.ai. Provide the right asserted, registration information if applicable, location of the material, and a clear explanation of the concern.
7. Third-Party Sources
LeagueIQ may summarize and link to public football news, social posts, interviews, and reports. Ownership remains with the original rights holder. A summary or link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or transfer of rights.
