Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

Unless a different offer is clearly shown at checkout:

• the Commissioner Plan is $29 for the applicable NFL season;
• it includes one managed league and full platform access for that season; and
• each additional league managed under the same account is $9.99 for that season.

Pricing is in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. A season is the NFL fantasy season identified at purchase. Season Pass access ends the day after Super Bowl LXI — February 15, 2027 — and does not auto-renew.

The LeagueIQ fee covers access to software features. It does not include fantasy-league dues, entry fees, prizes, reimbursements, side bets, or payments collected by a commissioner. LeagueIQ does not process or safeguard those funds.

Before payment, checkout will identify the price, plan, applicable season, number of included leagues, taxes, and whether any recurring billing applies. If checkout conflicts with this Policy, the specific checkout disclosure controls for that purchase.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another provider. You authorize the processor to charge your selected payment method. The processor's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing. LeagueIQ generally does not store full payment-card numbers.

Prices may exclude sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes. You are responsible for taxes that LeagueIQ is required to collect, excluding taxes on LeagueIQ's net income.

A season pass expires after the applicable season and any stated access period. Unless checkout clearly states that a purchase renews and you affirmatively agree, the season pass does not automatically renew.

We may invite you to purchase access for a later season at then-current pricing. Features and prices may change between seasons.

Additional-league charges apply when you activate or manage more leagues than included in your plan. Removing a league after activation does not automatically create a refund. We may prevent repeated swapping of leagues to avoid additional-league fees.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, season-pass and additional-league purchases are non-refundable once access is activated or materially used. We may, in our discretion, consider a refund request submitted within seven days of purchase when there has been no material use of premium features, no connected league, and no abuse.

We will correct duplicate charges and provide refunds required by law. Dissatisfaction with a fantasy result, Aaron recommendation, player injury, third-party outage, commissioner decision, or league-dues dispute does not create a right to a refund.

Refund requests should be sent to support@leagueiq.ai with the account email, transaction date, and reason.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is subject to a chargeback, we may suspend paid features, retry the charge where authorized, or request another payment method. You should contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of amounts lawfully due.

Promotional pricing, coupons, trial access, or credits may have separate conditions, expiration dates, eligibility limits, and usage restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined.

We may change future-season pricing. A price change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase for the current season unless necessary to correct an obvious pricing error and permitted by law.

Because the standard season pass is a one-time seasonal purchase, cancellation stops future use but does not automatically create a refund. You may request account closure under the Privacy Policy. Closing an account may remove access to paid features and saved league history.
