This Cookie Policy explains how RecouplyAI Inc., owner and operator of LeagueIQ.ai, uses cookies and similar technologies.

2. Categories We Use

These technologies support login, authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, payment flow, consent choices, and core application functions. The Service may not work properly without them.
Preferences and functionality
These remember settings such as theme, league selection, notification choices, interface state, and language.

These help us understand feature use, page performance, errors, traffic patterns, and product reliability. We use this information to improve the Service and may configure analytics to reduce collection where feasible.
Communications
These may help measure whether transactional or permitted marketing communications were delivered or opened and whether links were used.
Advertising
LeagueIQ does not currently use cookies to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we introduce advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and provide legally required controls.
3. Third-Party Technologies
Service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, AI, customer support, and communications may set or read technologies as needed to provide their services. Their use is governed by contracts with us and, where applicable, their own privacy notices.
4. Your Controls
You can manage cookies through browser settings and any in-product consent controls. Blocking all cookies may prevent login, payments, preferences, or other features from working.
Browser settings commonly let you delete stored cookies, block third-party cookies, or receive a notice before a cookie is stored. Mobile operating systems may provide similar controls for app identifiers and tracking.
5. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit Global Privacy Control ("GPC") or Do Not Track signals. LeagueIQ does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices become subject to an opt-out signal requirement, we will recognize legally valid signals as required.
Because there is no uniform legal standard for all Do Not Track signals, the Service may not respond to every such signal.
6. Retention
Session cookies generally expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted. Retention depends on purpose and provider configuration. We periodically review whether technologies remain necessary.
7. Updates
We may update this Policy when technologies or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
